Damaged or Defective Items:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing a clear photo of the damage or defect.

We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, along with prepaid return shipping if necessary.

 

Gift Cards


Please note that gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit.


Why No Returns?


Handmade items are often made to order, and each piece is unique. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, photos, and sizing information before making a purchase.
